The fender flute is designed for use on wire guard rails and standard horizontal boat rails. We recommend checking your rails diameter before buying. To be fitted with 8mm polyester rope with a length depending on your boat size. This rope should be threaded-through the fender fastener, as shown in the diagram picture above. Finally tie a single knot on the loose end of the rope to ensure the tender cannot be removed from its fasteners.  

For 4mm & 6mm wire guard rails, 22mm (7/8 inch) rails and 25mm (1 inch) rails.

Your fenders should be fitted with 8mm rope
