BRASS BUTT HINGE 2 1/2 INCH X 1 1/8 INCH 

 

Hinge is made from solid drawn brass extrusion to BS 249 and are fitted with Brass pins and linished joints.

Self coloured brass 2 1/2 " x 1 1/8"

Butt hinges work like most other hinges. They provide a limited angle of rotation between two objects.

The hinge has a knuckle between the two leafs. This knuckle allows them to rotate.

Butt hinges can typically accomodate heavier objects than other types of hinges 

(please note this hinge is sold as a single hinge)
