Rubber Mooring Compensator /Snubber for silent and cushioned mooring for sailing and motor boats.  On a sheltered mooring e.g. a marina, coil the rope once or twice round the compensator, on exposed moorings coil the rope at least 3 times to increase extensibility and absorption capacity
