4-S61: Clamp block in corrosion resistant painted steel with alloy tube.

For installing a steering cable that does not run through a tilt tube.The 2 part bracket bolts through the transom and holds a spherical bearing to allow movement for alignment of the tube to the tiller arm on the outboard.
